The work behind the numbers.

A selection of product ideas - the initiatives, the problems, the decisions, and the outcomes.

People aren't a variable in the equation. They are the equation.

I've spent my career building products at the intersection of complex systems and human lives — insurance decisions, financial workflows, compliance journeys. The metrics matter. The technology matters. But every number on a dashboard represents a person. I never lose sight of that.

The best product leaders don't build for users. They build with them — listening first, assuming less, and earning trust one iteration at a time.

Listen first, always
I ask more questions than I answer. Every user, stakeholder, and engineer has knowledge I don't. My job is to synthesize it, not override it.
Empower, don't just deliver
I build platforms people feel ownership over. When users feel invested in what they're using, adoption follows naturally — and so does the data that makes products better.
Define outcomes, not outputs
Every initiative starts with a north-star metric and a hypothesis. I don't ship features — I test bets. Then I measure, learn, and go again.
Create trust and safety
In regulated industries, trust isn't a nice-to-have — it's the product. I build it through transparency, consistency, and doing what I say I'll do.
